Return and Refund Policy

Bauthe accepts return requests for eligible items within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging where applicable. Requests submitted after the 30-day return window may not be accepted unless required by applicable law or otherwise approved by Bauthe.

Bauthe provides free returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers are expected to contact Bauthe as soon as possible after delivery in such cases and may be required to provide order details and supporting evidence, such as photographs, to assist in evaluating the claim. Once the issue is verified and approved, Bauthe will provide instructions for return, replacement, or refund at no additional cost to the customer.

Bauthe may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit depending on the condition of the returned item and the nature of the request. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, or immediately approved in cases where damage or error is confirmed.

Bauthe does not cover return shipping costs for items returned due to reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect fulfillment. In such cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty and skincare products may not be eligible for return if they have been opened, used, or altered. Eligibility for return will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable regulations and product conditions.

Bauthe reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases where items are not returned in acceptable condition, where policy conditions are not met, or where there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or abuse of the return process.
