Rouge Coco Baume is a nourishing lip balm with a high-shine finish that combines colour and care in one formula. Its buildable coverage allows you to customise the intensity, from a sheer, glossy wash of colour with one coat to a more lipstick-like result with up to three coats. The formula is designed to leave lips looking smoother and healthier with continued use.
The Hydraboost complex, shea butter and Oleoactive oil work together to provide moisture and nourishment while helping protect lips from dryness. From the first application, the formula provides up to 16 hours of hydration and 12 hours of comfort, with testing reporting a 52% reduction in the feeling of dryness. After four weeks of daily application, clinical and self-assessment results reported that lips appeared 16% plumper, felt 95% more nourished and 53% more supple, while appearing less chapped.
The collection includes six shades inspired by spring colours, ranging from shimmery caramel beige and fresh peach coral to cherry pink, blue pink, intense blue pink and purple. The lip balm is presented in a white and gold case with a transparent cap that complements its glossy finish. Each tube contains 3g and is made in France.
The hydration claim was supported by an instrumental evaluation of 15 women, while the comfort and dryness results were based on self-assessment by 20 women. The four-week plumping result was measured through a clinical evaluation of bare lips involving 29 women, while the nourishment and suppleness results were based on self-assessment by the same 29-person panel.
