Our boutiques are the heart of the Bauthe experience. Beauty Advisors, Fragrance and Skincare Experts, Makeup Artists and Boutique Managers welcome our clients, share their knowledge and create moments of discovery that our clients remember. We look for people who love beauty, enjoy the company of others, and take pride in offering an attentive and personalised service.
Behind the scenes, our teams in merchandising, buying, marketing, e-commerce, digital, client service, logistics, finance, human resources and technology work together to bring Bauthe to life. They select the brands and products we offer, tell their stories, design the experience of our website, and ensure that every order reaches our clients with the care they deserve.
Bauthe believes in learning throughout one's career. Our recruitment process is designed to get to know you as you are. After reviewing your application, our talent team may invite you to an initial conversation, followed by interviews with the team you would join and, for some roles, a practical exercise or a day in boutique.
