Cookies
Bauthe uses cookies and similar technologies on its website to ensure that it functions properly, to understand how it is used and, with your consent, to offer you an experience and content tailored to your preferences. This Cookies policy explains what these technologies are, why we use them and how you may manage your choices at any time.
A cookie is a small text file placed on your computer, tablet or mobile telephone when you visit a website. It allows the website to recognise your device and to remember certain information about your visit, such as your preferences or the contents of your bag. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags and software development kits, which function in a comparable way; in this policy, we refer to all of them as cookies.
Some cookies are placed by Bauthe directly; these are first-party cookies. Others are placed by our partners, such as audience measurement or advertising providers; these are third-party cookies. Some cookies are deleted as soon as you close your browser, while others remain on your device for a defined period, which never exceeds thirteen months.
Strictly necessary cookies are essential to the operation of the website. They allow you to navigate between pages, keep products in your shopping bag, save your favourites, remember your choice of country and language, secure your account and complete your purchases safely. Because the website cannot function properly without them, these cookies do not require your consent and cannot be disabled through our tools.
Performance and analytics cookies allow Bauthe to count visits and sources of traffic, to understand which pages are most and least popular and how visitors move around the website. The information they collect is aggregated and helps us to continually improve the website and your experience. These cookies are only placed with your consent where required by law.
Functional cookies allow the website to remember the choices you make and to provide enhanced and more personal features, such as recognising you when you return, remembering products you have recently viewed or displaying embedded content such as videos and maps. If you refuse these cookies, some of these features may not be available.
Advertising and social media cookies are used by Bauthe and its partners to present you with advertisements and offers relevant to your interests, on our website and on other websites and social networks, and to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns. They may also allow you to share content with your friends through social networks. These cookies are never placed without your prior consent.
When you first visit the website, you may accept all cookies, refuse optional cookies, or choose by category. You may change your mind at any time from Your Privacy Choices. Refusing a cookie does not prevent you from browsing the website, though certain features may be affected. Your choices are stored for a period of six months, after which we will ask you again.
You may also manage cookies through the settings of your browser, which allow you to be notified when a cookie is placed, to block cookies, or to delete those already stored on your device. The procedure differs for each browser, and the help section of your browser will explain how to proceed. Please note that blocking all cookies, including strictly necessary ones, may prevent the website from working correctly.
Information collected through cookies may constitute personal information and is processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice. For any question about our use of cookies, please contact us by email at hello@bauthe.com or by telephone at + (330) 324-6442, Monday to Saturday. Bauthe may update this policy from time to time; the latest version is always available on this page.
