Hypnotic and unique, it captures the innovative yet timeless spirit of the magazine in an addictively decadent scent, built upon ambrox, a synthetic animal musk, with jasmine, moss and ambrette seeds shaping its spike and shine.

On me, this fragrance is just musk. Only right after I put it on do I get any powder, and after that, it's musk and more musk.

Maybe it's unfair to rate it only 3 stars, since it's purely a matter of taste -- but this one is too sharp and rough for me. Very similar to Escentric 02 but sharper. I get only dry wood from this, none of the other, softening notes. It has *amazing* staying power and projection. One squirt from the tester and my house and clothes smelled like it all day -- and the scent builds rather than fades! I love many of other scents: Gaiac, Musc, Santal, Rose, The Noir -- actually I like almost all of them even though I wouldn't wear them all. I was surprised to not like Another 13. Very possibly I have the wrong chemistry for it. On me I find it very similar to Escentric 02, which also comes out very strong compared to how it does on other people.
