A patented bond building technology repairs the disulfide bonds behind hair strength and curl patterns, a curl retention compound forms a curl-locking barrier for definition, smoothness, and shine, and coconut-avocado milk fortifies, reduces breakage, and conditions for soft, shiny hair. The humidity-resistant gel gives 72-hour frizz control and three times greater curl retention, with smoother, easier detangling. In a consumer study of 130 participants, 90 percent agreed curls kept their hydration after seven days. The formula is free of parabens, phthalates, and sulfates SLS and SLES, and is gluten-free and cruelty-free. To use: apply a small amount evenly to clean, wet hair in sections. Scrunch upward to enhance the natural pattern, then air dry or diffuse. Once dry, scrunch gently to release the curl cast. I was hoping for a bit more hold, however it is a nice gel and does not weigh the hair down. I am going to try adding some additional gel in my hair when it is less wet and see if I get more hold

Years ago i loved pureologys curling gel and they discontinued it and replaced the formula that was horrible. Since I've tried so many different brands from salon centric and was honestly never impressed. When came out with a curl gel, i had to give it a go and WoW! Its even better than the old gel i used! My dry textured hair doesn't matte anymore and stays put yet flexible! 100/10

For my own curls, finally one product versus multiple. The gel sets with a mild "crunch" and makes my heavy hair feel light. I even have a decent curl the following morning. Love it on my clients. It dries faster than most products with my diffuser

This is like no other gel! I use this on my daughter's hair and their curls are just luscious! They were hesitant at first because they hate typical hair gel products but they will not use anything else anymore. Not crunchy, very soft and holds curls all day

I'm always on the hunt for a great gel for my daughters super tight non porous curls. It's not the best but it's also not the worst. It's very light weight which feels good in the hair but the hold doesn't last. I did notice it works a little better on damp hair as opposed to soaking wet hair. Might be best for wavy/loose curls
