Rosy Glow Powder Blush

How to use: Apply to the cheeks with a blush brush. For a more intense glow, build up layers for more luminosity. Pro tips: apply in an upward motion to lift the cheeks; if using powder blush, blend onto the apples of the cheeks after foundation; for blush to be more visible, apply a cream blush underneath the powder.
